The Trump administration’s
Recent developments have also intensified the threat of gerrymandering, as restrictive voting laws and redrawn district maps compound the risk of voter exclusion. In several states, partisan gerrymandering has manipulated district boundaries to favor political parties, further limiting fair representation and amplifying the effects of new federal restrictions on voting and election administration.
Fight tax cuts for the wealthy
Americans are suffering the consequences of Trump’s tariffs and tax policies, which have contributed to market instability, increased inflation, and rising living costs—resulting in diminished retirement savings.
These policies primarily serve to cut taxes for the wealthiest 1% and corporations. Promises of revitalizing U.S. manufacturing through reshoring remain largely unfulfilled and uncertain.
