11/15/25 - White Chevy 4x4, 4-door truck that likes to blow black smoke at us protesting along Rt1. “Rolling coal” is illegal and can cause health problems to those who breathe in the particulates.

In front of the WaWa southbound lane. 

Does anyone recognize the woman in the passenger seat? It appears driver is female as well.
