POSTCARDS TO SWING STATEs

We are partnering with Postcards to Swing States - this time for  GET OUT THE VOTE postcards. 

We will be writing postcards for 6 swing states that have a critical mid-term

Senate race, Governor’s race, or both! Starting in May and ending September 30, we will be continuously writing postcards. At the conclusion of this initiative, we will have completed 6,000 postcards!

We are going to execute this postcard writing campaign utilizing the POSTCARD

PORCH set-up. 

Here’s how that will work …

• Address where you can pick up/drop off postcards:  14 Henlopen Court Lewes

Henlopen Gardens / Single Family House - End of Cul-de-sac / Near Cape HS

• Postcard bins can be found on side porch behind the garage door

Because this is a continuous writing campaign, return your postcards 

as they are completed and pick up another pack! 

Plastic Bin with GREEN LID - Contains packets of postcards to be written

Each Packet Contains: 

• 25 Postcards
• Mailing List - unique to this packet (25 addresses)
• A sheet containing the 3 pre-selected postcard messages, as well as an example of how to write the postcard, will be taped to the underside of the GREEN LID (take a picture with your cell phone)
• Hand-Write one (1) of the provided messages on the back of the postcard
• Hand-Write the address on the back of the postcard

STAMPS

Stamps for postcards currently cost 61 cents each (a price increase is targeted for July). Total postage cost for this postcard effort is $3,660!

If you can help by providing stamps for the postcards you have written, your donation will be greatly appreciated! 

If you do affix stamps on your completed postcards, DO NOT MAIL them; 

Return them to the Postcard Porch

Completed postcards will be mailed on 3 separate dates in October.

reuse the original plastic ziploc bag)
